Job Title: Social Media Manager and Model (15+ hours/week, Monday-Friday daytime Hours))
Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and fashion-savvy individual to join our team as a Boutique Social Media Person and Model. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our boutique's social media presence and creating engaging content to promote our brand. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to serve as a model for our fashion products, showcasing the latest trends and styles. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent photography skills, and a strong understanding of social media platforms, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Social Media:
• Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance the boutique's online presence and increase brand awareness.
• Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, and TikTok that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
• Curate and schedule regular posts, incorporating product promotions, fashion inspiration, behind-the-scenes content, and customer engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Modeling:
• Serve as a model for our boutique's fashion products, including clothing, accessories, and footwear.
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring high-quality images that showcase the products in their best light.
• Pose and style outfits in a way that highlights their unique features and appeals to our target audience.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during photoshoots, showcasing versatility and adaptability to different styles and themes.
• Follow brand guidelines and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual representation of the boutique's products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A strong passion for fashion and an eye for style trends.
• Excellent photography and photo editing skills, with experience using Lightroom.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Knowledge of social media best practices, including content creation, engagement strategies, and community management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all social media channels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in front of the camera with the ability to pose and showcase products confidently.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Prior experience in social media management or content creation.
• Knowledge of fashion and beauty industry influencers and emerging trends.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media performance.
