JOB TITLE: BOUTIQUE SALES ASSOCIATE (MINIMUM 15 HOURS/WEEK AVAILABILITY, EVENINGS & SATURDAYS MAY BE REQUIRED)
About this Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect products, and contributing to the overall success of Brianne’s. If you have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and provide a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist customers in finding products that suit their preferences, offering personalized recommendations and styling advice.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including fabrics, designs, and sizes.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, utilizing the POS system.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing environment, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Brianne’s.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail sales experience.
• A passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Knowledge of fashion brands, designers, and industry trends.
• Experience with visual merchandising and creating appealing displays.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand or walk for your shift (4-8 hours)
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, reach and bend.
• Ability to lift 50lbs

JOB TITLE: FULL TIME FLOOR MANAGER (40 HOURS/WEEK, EVENINGS & SATURDAYS ARE REQUIRED)
About This Role:
We’re looking for a strong leader who loves developing people and driving results. This role is about building confidence in others, creating a positive team environment, and helping the business grow through both people and ideas. You won’t just manage the sales floor—you’ll play a key role in supporting and contributing to a growing lifestyle boutique.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop a team of 20+ associates, building confidence through consistent training and support
• Create a positive, encouraging environment where people feel motivated and capable
• Give clear, honest feedback—uplifting when things are going well and coaching when improvement is needed
• Set sales goals and help your team understand how to hit them
• Lead daily huddles that bring focus, energy, and direction to the team
• Own the weekly schedule and daily assignments to keep the floor running smoothly
• Turn ideas into action by delegating and following through with your team
Your Impact on the Business
• Bring ideas to the table that support overall business growth
• Be part of marketing meetings and contribute to campaigns and promotions
• Plan and lead training workshops for team members
• Offer input on product merchandising and buying decisions
• Identify trends—what customers are responding to, what’s selling, and what’s next
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years experience leading a team in retail or sales (15+ team members preferred)
• Someone who genuinely enjoys coaching, teaching, and developing people
• A leader who balances positivity with accountability
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to drive results through others
• Business-minded—comfortable contributing ideas, not just executing tasks
• Organized and able to manage schedules, priorities, and a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Retail POS systems
• Willingness to contribute to social media marketing
What You Can Expect
• 40 hours per week (includes evenings and weekends), may increase in peak retail seasons
